- I ran a D&D campaign using the blue Holmes basic rulebook, drawing several players to several sessions.
- I played a little Hordes of the Things and some X-Wing.
- I played a whole lotta Ogre with my new Designer's Edition and using the Pocket Edition.
- I obsessed over putting together a large Ogre scenario for Millenniumcon--and I actually did it, compiling the minis and the terrain and coming up with Siege of Monopolis, which was a success.

Adios, old year!
As the Dreadnought says goodbye to 2014, I once again look back on my gaming over the past twelve months. As usual, not as much as I'd hoped--a move, training for a marathon, and other issues got in the way, and there was no GuadaComaCon. Still, the year brought a few highlights:

Congratulations on a a successful gaming year, especially the "Monopolis" convention game, Mack!
It wasn't everything it could've been, but Shadows of Brimstone has become a new favorite, Space Hulk: Death Angel proved itself a fun and quick solo game (after at least a year of owning it without trying it), and my roommate's brother has sold me on Star Trek Attack Wing.
I've yet to set down the Pocket Edition to play it, but maybe that will be one of the first games of 2015. :)
